With Family Practitioners in Brentwood,Smyrna, and Spring Hill; we provide quality primary care for all ages.  We also provide well woman physicals and paps, walk-in care, worker's compensation, minor urgent and simple emergency care such as; lacerations, sick visits, and x-ray facilities for injuries, 7 days a week.
